The School of Self-Image is a recurring membership with access to a new Monthly Focus Class and a variety of live support calls each month. 

As a monthly subscriber, you’ll receive one credit each month on your billing date to unlock a past class of your choice from the SOSI Collection. Annual subscribers get access to the entire SOSI Collection of past classes (no credits/unlocking needed). 

For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed every 30 days. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed every 365 days. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and will retain access to all of your unlocked content until the end of your billing cycle.

We recommend you begin with The Self-Image Method, then The Self-Image Studio. This core content is the foundation of all of our trainings. After that, check out your Monthly Focus Class and the schedule for this month’s events, on your dashboard.

Yes, the Circle group is private. Only ladies who are active members in the School of Self-Image are in the group. We have group rules making sure all our ladies are kind & supportive. You are in a fun and safe place.

We do not allow promotions of other websites within the Circle community.  Any promotions will be deleted.  However, please share your wins and what you're creating without links.

You can make your password to anything you want, it’s all yours. In order to change your password, go to the Account Page.

Yes, you can absolutely change this as well. Remember: by changing your email, this will be your new login email. Go to the Account Page and add your new email address under the Login Information section.

Yes, you can add a new payment method on your Account Page before your next billing cycle.

This is a membership program which means that you have access to your redeemed content for as long as you’re a paying member. If you cancel your membership, your access will be revoked at your next billing date.

We do not have a hold option for members at this time. 

You can cancel your membership and rejoin anytime. If you restart your membership within 90 days of leaving, you will retain access to everything you have unlocked. Please note that if you choose to cancel and rejoin after 90 days, you will not retain any past status or content.

We do not offer refunds for the School of Self-Image, however, you can cancel at any time. As long as you cancel 2 business days prior to your next billing cycle, your card will not be charged. You will keep access to the program through the end of your active billing cycle.

U.S. Orders: Please expect delivery within approximately 1–2 weeks from the time you place your order.

International Orders: Please expect delivery within approximately 2–3 weeks from the time you place your order.

All journal sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If you received a journal that is defective or damaged, please email us at support@schoolofselfimage.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local postal carrier and neighbors. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact us at support@schoolofselfimage.com and we’ll assist you.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@schoolofselfimage.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to update it. Once a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to make changes.
